The lost Books be careful what you injest…

Be Careful What You Ingest

Many elders I know of have not read the book of Enoch, but the younger ones seem to have.

I am interested, for sure, and there are reasons that I have not yet.
I need to be firmly girded in scriptures and versed in spiritual warfare before opening my mind to some of the information in that book and any other lost book.

Enoch

This is especially relevant since we have awakened and are probably monitored by enemy spirits, as the enemy has a short time left to trick and corrupt us.

If you start meditating on what happened with the wicked spirits, their names and whatnot, and ideas that are dealt with in that book, it can affect you, not dissimilar to PTSD or Anxiety.

There is mention of terrible violence in that book, and also, this is where Hollywood gets a lot of its ideas for supernatural and otherwordly films.
They are crafty, and if you have ingested all of those films, seeds planted in them may conjure (interesting word!) up all sorts of things in your mind that you may have trouble putting aside. In fact, maybe you will invite some of those spirits into your life unknowingly.

For example, If you witnessed a diabolical crime or did a parachute jump, these things become imprinted on your consciousness, just like some of the topics in these books.

Once you have a solid foundation of scripture and spiritual warfare and are covered with the armor of Elohim, books such as Enoch may give you something to build upon your concrete foundation.

You will be able to discern things with more clarity and put aside things you do not need to know. This applies to extrabiblical books that keep getting’ found’ this past century.

We ingest these too, and maybe that knowledge turns your walk to the left or right because you hold on to things from them that may be in error, or there are seducing spirits attached to them.

My Testimony – I wasn’t supposed to write this!

As a very young boy, I looked at many esoteric books, questioned our existence, and then started seeking more and more knowledge and questioning to know more; plus, it was fascinating to me.

I read all the books I could and even some of my mother’s horror books.
I suffered many spiritual attacks, nightmares, sleep paralysis, and paranormal events as the door was opened for it.

When your mind meditates over it, it may give power to it, similar to speaking it. I was taken to the brink of death from suffocation in my sleep on many occasions. I was saved by a pure white light of shalom, and many times I would cry out to Yahusha; sometimes, my mouth would be sealed shut.
I think he still heard, and I would be saved again. I stopped reading all these books – for decades, and it all went away.

As I was writing this, I recalled that this included the Scriptures. I just didn’t want to deal with waking up those negative energies and thoughts, and subconsciously, this meant not opening the scriptures.

I concluded at the time that there are some things you cannot get the answer to. We cannot comprehend some things. I could even kill myself to get the knowledge, and I still wouldn’t be able to get it all.

I now know this was some sort of spell or stronghold; as soon as I awakened, I felt it break like a snap – hard to explain, but this was over me for over 40 years, so now I can read the scriptures without fear at any time.

I’m saying this because these strongholds can be subtle. I didn’t know I had one until it was broken. Books I read made way for that to happen.

Bible Study

When the Essene gospels were mentioned in our Bible study, My Ruach was alerted very strongly to that book and Enoch. So that meant I had to look into something there.

I know that when Uncle is allowing the Ruach to speak through him, he may miss some things if interrupted, and he has already, in times past, mentioned to be careful about reading all these other books.

He was okay with the Essene, though, so the Ruach told me to look into it. (in fact, I didn’t want to look into it at first – I wanted someone else to, but that’s another Yahnah-like story! I did anyway as I knew it was necessary).

Many versions of the Essene Gospels exist, going by what information is on the internet. By and large, they promote excellent living and eating advice. Promoting vegetarianism over meat seemed to align further with where we are going today. The author wrote many books.
He mentioned that Yashuah was a vegetarian, which messed a little with my Ruach, so I kept digging.

Now, this book is one of many lost books, and when you look at the authors (some have many reprints), you see that they lead you into gnostic teachings, new age, spirituality, and astrology. Which are exciting subjects if you are seeking even more ‘knowledge.’

Before you know it, you’re in a whole different ball game.
It made me think, “What next? there will be hidden scrolls saying our king had secret children, wives, and other mess!” should we read those?

“Know them by their fruit.”

So, I’m looking at the author of that book – Edmond B. Szekely and his fruit. He has many books, and many seem to be promoting decent healthy living.

For starters, this person studied at the Vatican. (That should be a red flag for us awakened). I’ll say that again for those awakened to the truth. He studied at the Vatican.

He opened up a ranch and promoted healthy living, vegetarianism, and all that seems reasonable and wholesome – Nothing to see here!

As that ranch-spa he had increased in size and popularity, he and his wife started looking for yoga and other mind/body regimens to add to it. (Red flag alert).

I’m not saying you chuck out everything because of this, but discernment is needed – this goes for any extrabiblical book. Even many versions of the book of Enoch have been tampered with.

He seems to have a lot of wellness and healthy living books that, to my Ruach (I’m getting a calmness based on the healthy living information – I think that based on that – possibly it’s ‘good’ for the most part).

I would need to read the book to get a complete understanding. I don’t have time for that. The Ruach guided me to the essence of what I needed to know regarding it.

As for his other books, I’m not so sure. My Ruach was saying beware.
The Vatican allowed these Essene Gospels to go out from under their noses. E.g., with their approval!

With a little bit of research, you find he is supposed to be the only person to have seen these Essene manuscripts.
There was also a bunch of confusion about the manuscripts by reviewers at the time. Some even think he made it up.

The main point is that if you read a lot of these books, it may be hard to know the spirits over the person that wrote them, let alone how accurate they may be.  So you may have unknowingly skewered your Ruach as that esoteric information can corrupt your thought processes, especially when you go back to the scriptures.

“Close The Book!”

My Ruach said before the bible study to “close the book” It was a bit faint, but it reverberated during the day, so I don’t know if that was about something else. It may not be about the Essene, but someone around us is probably reading some other things they should perhaps not.

I was going to bring it out before the lesson, but there wasn’t an opportunity, and it also didn’t make a lot of sense to me at the time.

I have continued to pray for discernment, and I pray for Yah to guide my steps Psalm 119:133.
We need to watch our steps, especially in these times, so we do not stray off the path of salvation.

Think carefully. Why do you need to read it? Are these books going to definitely improve your spiritual walk at this time?
It can be like reading commentaries in a bible: They can shape your thinking to align with whoever wrote them, rather than The Ruach eventually leading you alongside the power of discernment.

I also pray for a clean heart Psalm 51:10 as there are things that I wish I could remove from my thoughts that I have ingested over the years, but they continue to stay there, so the struggle happens almost daily, and it sometimes weights heavy.

Knowledge of good…

I hope those reading these books use discernment in their ingesting so they do not open themselves to attacks by seducing spirits. Remember, a seducing spirit will encourage you and whisper in your ear. Then once they get you to open the door fully, their friends come. It could take many years of torment to undo that mess.

Imagine the state of your spiritual compass if you read every one of these lost books, enticing you with more wonders and adjusting your spiritual perspective. You could do damage unless you were given the gift to be able to ingest the truth and spit out the irrelevance or poison.

Perhaps think that some of these books have hidden ‘viruses’ that, while providing a little insight, also corrupt the soul once you’ve taken them in.

So it’s a bit like the apple in the garden of Eden.

  1. Wow Ahk Yahnah. This is very insightful. As a newly awakened child of Yahsharel, my Ruach has been leading to only ingest the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. This in a way, provides confirmation. At least in my life. To be honest, even in the Bible, I’m really seeking what Yah and Yahusha say directly to us. Why? I want to know what they expect first. After I have a clear understanding of them and how they communicate instructions to us, only then will I seek confirmation from the other prophets in the same book. I’ve never read Enoch, nor do I have any extra biblical interests. I thank you for this post which gives more insight into why my Ruach ain’t “bout it”. The main reason I enjoy our Bible studies so much is because we’re seeking Yah’s approval first. Uncle does an amazing job of being lead, rather than leading with his own understanding. I pray each day for the removal of my understanding. Period. Yah’s and Yah’s alone. Thanks for providing insight into going too far from where YAH wants us to truly begin. If you’re not clear on the Bible, just leave all the other books alone. We should strive to eat from the Tree of Life. That “other” will never lift you back up after you’ve fallen. Praise Yahuah for this. Keep waking in spirit and truth King. Love you Yahnah.

  2. Well said Ahk!

Personally, I feel like all we need to know to obtain salvation is the Bible because it has the necessary information and instructions on how we need to move and walk in the Most High Yahuah. Also, it has in Revelations what we need to know in preparation for the end times.

I think that it all comes down to is evaluating where you are in your journey with Yah, as you mentioned Ahk. I, being newly awakened, for now will only be coming to know of these books through Uncle Yahshua’s instruction or lessons, as I’m still working on “hearing” Yah and the Ruach. Furthermore, I’m still in the process of reading the Bible in its entirety, and I’m loving every minute of it.

    APTTMHY

    Shalom

  3. Yes Yahnah, Praise Yah ??

I totally agree we must be careful what we ingest so we’re not deceived by seducing spirits nor give heed to doctrines of devils, led away by lust and itching ears. We definitely have to be grounded in what they call Cannon first to be able to eat the meat and spit out the bones. Always praying for discernment through the Ruach HaKodesh which will guide us in all truth, because we know that all of us have been deceived about something at one point or another. Remembering that there’s a thing called lesser magic but since the garden the enemy has used lies mixed with truth, including twisting
The Most High’s Word to deceive man.

There’s a flood of information, especially now that Yahsharal is awakening and very difficult to decipher authentic from forged, with half truths within a lot of these books because of those who disobeyed Yahuah’s command to add nothing and take away nothing from His Word.

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.

Deuteronomy 12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Proverbs 30:5-6 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I previously studied under a Hebrew Israelite teaching who has been teaching his congregations to keep the Commandments, Sabbath and Feasts Days for over 4 decades. He had us all afraid to read anything not in the current KJV. I think that was wise for a season but his knowledge of what happens after death was limited (believing that once we die we only sleep and know nothing until being reawakened for the judgment instead of going to Abraham’s bosom or hell) and his knowledge of Nephilim was limited (believing that these renowned men were the sons of Seth and not the sons of fallen Angels) because he refused the Apocrypha and the Book of Enoch.

You’re right about some corrupted versions of even the Book of Enoch. R.H. Charles is the one I first read for Enoch and the KJV is probably the best English translation of the Apocrypha, as we know some of the other English translations of even the Cannon can be misleading.

Now I would like to take your advice and research him even to see what are his fruits similar to what Unc was saying about Strong’s we never stopped to think who is this man what are his fruits.

1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

Hebrews 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

Matthew 16:12 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

    Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Colossians 2:21-23 (Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

Hebrews 5:12-14 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

1 Corinthians 3:1-2 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Acts 5:14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)

  4. 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Ecclesiastes 12:12-14 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
